This property has a solar or other energy efficient system. We will be providing you with a supplemental Pearl Certification report that will provide additional information on the solar system and related market data for your review and consideration. The report includes:

  • Letter to the Appraiser
  • Pearl Certification Report with the solar specifications
  • Appraisal Institute Green and Energy Efficiency Addendum with specifications
  • Appendix C of Pearl’s report, with a Discounted Cash Flow table to provide additional support/documentation
