We have enhanced our mobile app, which is completely free for users. This app allows you to accept orders, schedule appointments, communicate with staff, and in certain cases, even fulfill orders – all from your mobile device. The faster you can complete an order, the sooner you can receive payment and move on to your next assignment.

Through our experience, we have found that providers who use mobile technology instead of phone calls and emails tend to perform better on orders. This is because they are more responsive and efficient. Both of these metrics are used in our assignment assessment algorithm to identify the best provider for the order.

When you use the Sluice mobile app, you can choose to receive push notifications for real-time order offers. You can review the terms of the assignment and accept the order through the app. You can also view the engagement letter and schedule an inspection if needed. If you require assistance from our staff while on the property, you can simply open the app and message us. All communication will be logged in the order for tracking purposes.

As the field of property valuations advances, we are continuously looking to expand the use of our mobile app. Some inspections can now be done entirely from the property, without the need to submit the order on a computer.
